    I’m using the child theme of OceanWP and wanted to add specific blog post page (main one is a static page).

    I copied page.php code to my page template file but it doesn’t show blog posts, only page title, meta, and read more button (alongside with sidebar, header, footer).

    Could the loop be broken due to child theme??

    Ok maybe I didn’t need to use custom template file for blog posts.

    Settings > Reading > select your empty page for blog posts
