I’ve encountered a problem that is giving me fits. I went to delete a blog post today (it had been my most recent post and I decided to get rid of it). From the Dashboard, I selected Edit under the Posts menu, selected the post I wanted to remove and hit delete. I used the delete button that appeared under the title of the post itself (edit/quick edit/delete/view). That post is gone now. However, when you go to the blog via the main URL (www.koifishcommunications.com/blog)NO posts are visible. Instead, it says:
    Not Found
Oops, the information you are looking for was not found.
The posts are still there — they can be accessed via archives or categories.
I’m using the most current version of WordPress and self-hosting.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Try resetting your permalinks. Admin / Settings / Permalinks

First record what your permalink settings are now. Then set them back to default and update. Check your blog and see if the posts are now back. If they are, go ahead and set your permalinks back to what they were in the first place and update. See if the posts are back then.
