Blog Posts on Backend but Not Front End

Hello All,
I have been trying to fix this issue for a few days but cannot seem to find the answer I am looking for. I just took over as marketing coordinator for this company and they want me to set up the blog (posts) feature for our website as they have historically never had one. I have created my first blog post but it is not showing up on the front end. The page exists and it loads but there is no content. In the editor/ admin I can see it. I ensured that I set a Posts Page, I have cleared the site cache, I have tried changing my permalink settings (these are all the answers I have found on other sites) but nothing is working. Please help!

- The page selected in settings >readings for posts is “Blog”
- The posts are published this is the link to the “published post” but nothing is showing up which is the issue. - I will try to contact the developer of the theme.
- Thank you I will try the plugin *EDIT* I will not be adding this plugin to my website per the poor reviews.
