Blog posts on static home page

Hey,

So ive been trying to get recent posts on a static home page, Its taken me a while but ive managed to get my posts to show but they are a bit of a mess as you can see – https://www.completemuscleandfitness.com

No matter what i try i can’t manage to clean this up, text out of the content area posts cycle down the page…
