Blog Posts – PowerPoint Slides Appear too Large

  • I have the latest update of WordPress. My Blog posts are PowerPoint slides. They all appear larger than they really are, so some of the text is not seen on the slides. How can I solve this problem? I’m not aware of any plugins causing this. Thank you for your help.

  • Hi. It looks like you are adding a screenshot of the slide as a featured image on your post. Featured images are generally not best designed to give detailed text content. They are best suited to give subtle visual cues to the article within the post.

    You may want to use a generic image as a featured image, and insert the slide within the post as an image block, or even better – type its contents as text

    Dear Nagesh,

    Thank you very much for your suggestion. It works. I didn’t think of including the jpeg image in the block section. I’ll work out what to use as the generic “featured image”.
