    The post that is not displaying appears to be using Elementor, the one that is displaying does not.

    I’m unfamiliar with Elementor specifically, so all I can see are the differences between the two pages, but perhaps that is where the problem lies. If Elementor can be used or not used on a post-by-post basis, then perhaps it was accidentally turned on for the problem one. Edit that post and see if Elementor can be turned off for it.
