Blog posts wont delete

Have you emptied the trash? The permalinks will still be occupied until you empty the trash( I think they call it deleting permanently)

Yes, trash is emptied.

I have emptied cache, rebooted, but they still remain

I’d recommend deleting one-by one, if your not trying that already? the bulk tool might be having issues?

Thanks for the response, yes I tried that too – through EDIT and QUICK EDIT, as well as bulk. Really weird as there is no content in any of the posts.

Discovered the answer – realizing the posts were blank, I entered text and then the delete worked.
