Blog Roll Removes Line Break After Picture

When I publish a blog post and visit my website, the blog roll appears to have removed the line break following my image (I have it set to summary; not full post). It looks so ridiculous. My image appears with words next to it…one word per line. When I open the summary to read the whole post, all of the formatting appears as I originally set it. In addition, I have my blog pages to show at most 5 posts, but they are showing way more than 5 posts. I am in the process of switching over to WordPress, so I’m still using a temporary URL until I get everything switched over (https://173.254.28.91/~realisu0/). I would really appreciate any help; I am starting to get pretty frustrated and wondering if I should switch at all.
