Blog Site / size of thumbnails

  • Hello together,

    there is something, I dont find a solution for.
    On the blog page, where all your blog posts are displayed .. I can’t change the size of the thumbnail. I have all sized of the picture on the server, also the thumbnail one ..

    And i changed the parts

    <?php the_post_thumbnail( 'large' ); ?>
    to
    <?php the_post_thumbnail( 'thumbnail' ); ?>

    in content-posts.php and content-posts-alt.php …

    But nothing happened … is there any idea?! I get crazy with this ??

    Also one thing .. Seems like it is small now … but as you can see … thumb is left … then there is a space and then the article …

    I am not sure why, is it possible to get this space smaller or totally away?
