    This question relates to email notifications that blog subscribers receive from WordPress.

    After the latest WordPress 5.4 update, every email has two read more links underneath the excerpt:

    1. Read more
    2. Read more of this post

    The same bug is happening with two different websites. Both websites use the Jetpack widget for people to subscribe to their blog. This particular issue didn’t occur before the 5.4 update.

    Any help would be appreciated.
