Blog Subscription Jetpack widget isn't working correctly

The Blog Subscription Jetpack widget isn’t working correctly on my site. I’ve tried this now on two different computer in two different browsers and when you enter the email address, it brings you to a page to send an email of my latest post and won’t subscribe anyone to the site itself. Please help with this. I’ve also update WordPress on my site. I’ve updated uninstalled and reinstalled Jetpack. Nothing is working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
