You should have an RSS link or “Entries (RSS)” link visible on your blog, they can use that to syndicate your site.

https://blog.acampos.co.uk I’m using a theme. Do you think it’s not showing up because of it? If that’s the reason, how could I make it show up?

Yep, it looks like your theme doesn’t have an RSS link on it. Well, your blog can be syndicated either through your RSS2 feed: https://blog.acampos.co.uk/?feed=rss2 or through your Atom feed, as linked to above.
