Blog title being used for all entries

  • I seem to be getting the blog title as the “name” of most activity. In other words

    [blog name] uploaded “rp_CWhlt1j.jpg” 10 minutes ago.

    [blog name] registered 1 hour, 14 minutes ago.

    When I view the entries….

    Neither entry has a user name in the User area, though they do have IP address and user agent info.

    The new registration does have the new user name in the Object name area, but does not show user name in the User area.

    Failed login entries do show the correct use name.
