I haven’t constructed the website yet. But let’s say this is the site (I own that site also).

Will that depend on the theme that I’ll use? I’m planning to use either the swift theme or the atahualpa theme.

It depends upon the theme you are using.

If you wanted to change something about the title in the link you provided, you would edit the following in your style.css

h1, h1 a, h1 a:hover, h1 a:visited, #headerimg .description {
color:white;
text-decoration:none;
}

Let’s say I’d like to change it to Century Gothic, how should I edit those codes?

Look at the style sheet. It usually tells you the font type for each section. Edit to put in the font type you want. However do realize that if some people don’t have that font on their computer…it will not be seen…it will default to something they do have. Best to stick to the most common fonts so it will show as you want it to.
