Blog title page help

    Hello, I’m using the latest version of the twenty seventeen theme and am trying to change my page title on my blog page, titled news. It’s in all caps but I would like it to be upper/lower, News. Any help would be most appreciated as well as the code language & where to place it. I am unable to find anything that explains how to change it. I should note that I’m a novice at best with no html or css experience. Thanks in advance for any help. Ann
