Blog Topics Giving Me 404 Error

I’m a marketing coordinator for a manufacturing design agency. I post blog updates to the industry on the regular. Yesterday I made the dumb decision to try and rename the blog categories/topics so that I substituted the word ‘blog’ for ‘news’. (etc: a category is called prototyping blog ; I changed it to prototyping news) I changed the slugs to match, not leaving any spaces and using the hyphens. I also updated the description info.

This changed my category links completely – when i clicked on the topic, I get a 404 website error. I even changed all the text back so it looks like before I messed with it…still, nothing.
