Blogger to WP Migration, change permalinks

  • I hired someone to migrate my blog over from Blogger to WP (she did a great job), but the posts all have the permalink as: month/year/post title.

    It is my understanding that is what is needed to do the migration; however, I’d like to change the permalink to just the post title.

    According to my designer, if I do that, it breaks the redirects from Blogger.

    Does anyone have a solution for changing the permalink structure after migrating from Blogger so that I can remove the month/year and still maintain the redirects from Blogger?

    From what I could tell on your site, it looks as if all of your posts already use the %postname% permalink structure. Could you please clarify a bit about what posts your are trying to change?

    Yes! We got it figured out last night. Now, I’m hoping that all the redirects work correctly! Thanks
