Blogging on the road

Hi I’m going on a cruise and I’d love to blog about my experience and keep family and friends posted with all my adventures! Problem is being on the water we don’t have wifi readily available and internet is crazy expensive! My question is .. how do keep blogging when theres no internet access?? In the past I would write my post in notepad and once we got on land, I’d locate a hotspot and cut and paste my post into wordpress.

Is there an easy way for me to write my post off line and upload it later? Including pictures?
