Blogging platform

  • hi.
    i have a website where wordpress installed. i want to give my readers to open their blog (or admin opens blog and give access to them) so they can share their material.
    right now when i give user an Author role,they can add material, but directly to website ( the core categories). i want they can share material on their blog, when admin likes that post it can make visible it on home page.

    in Joomla i can do that with EasyBlog component. how do this on WordPress?
