Blogpost URL Indexing Problem

Hello,

The permalink structure of my blog is “/%post_id%/%postname%.html”

The problem is that I can access the blogpost using both the URL structure i.e. https://www.site.com/%post_id% and https://www.site.com/%post_id%/%postname%.html.

This has led to the indexing of both the URL structures in the Bing search results. But the same has not occurred in Google.

I would like to avoid this. When somebody accesses https://www.bloggercent.com/293 for example, I want to redirect them to
to https://www.bloggercent.com/293/tips-to-increase-the-rate-of-returning-visitors-to-your-blog.html.

How do I do that? Any help would be appreciated.
