Blogroll not working

    When I go to manage my blogroll, I get the error message:

    Call to undefined function wp_get_link_cats() in [my website]/wordpress/wp-admin/link-manager.php on line 136

    I can’t change anything in my blogroll. I’ve tried replacing link-manager.php, but get the same message.
