Blogroll with it’s own page

I can do this using javascript but I was hoping to do it using opml or rss. I’ve looked all through codix trying to figure out how to do this. What I want is to have my blogroll on it’s own page and then to put that page as a link. Does anyone know how to set it up for opml or rss? Or how to set it up so that if I inport my blogroll, I can show it with ONLY the blogroll links on one page? Not all the links.
