blogrolls, sidebar and widgets don’t work

    i upgraded to 2.9.1 and now my sidebars don’t work and neither do my widgets.

    Also, I can’t add links or blogrolls to my page. It says it’s adding but it does not show up in my lists.

    I removed all plugins to see if a plugin was interfering with my site but no luck. If anyone has any suggestions, I’m open.

  • Have you tried:

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-running the upgrade via Admin/Tools?

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?
