"Blogs I Follow" widget

I want to be able to pick and choose the “Blogs I Follow” blogs in the widget in the sidebar, instead of WordPress picking the last 50 I followed. Is there a way to have a toggle/check next to the ones I follow so they are inserted into the sidebar widget?

BTW, I cannot locate the version of WordPress I am using. (You asked above!) It would actually be nifty if you had it under the Dashboard!
