    Buenas noches, tengo problemas con la actualizacion de wordpress con el cambio a bloques no me reconoce el TPV VIrtual o pasarela de pagos, solo con el clasico, como se solventa ese problema? Mi tpv es con square , gracias por si me pueden ayudar

    Good evening, I have problems with the WordPress update with the change to blocks. The Virtual POS or payment gateway is not recognized, only with the classic one. How can this problem be solved? My POS is with Square. Thank you if you can help me.

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

    Hola, buenos días. Gracias por la atención, si en una de las ultimas actualizaciones de WordPress se cambio el sistema de pagos clásico que podemos ver o editar en “finalizar compra” a un sistema de bloques, eso hace que ahora se tenga problemas de incompatibilidad y no reconozca la pasarela de pagos de square y otros, por tanto no tengo tpv para cobrar a los clientes, voy a la pagina. Llame a square y me indicaron que se debe a esa ultima actualización de wordpress y le esta ocurriendo a miles. En resumen al parecer muchos tpv o pasarelas de pago no son compatibles con el sistema de bloques

    Hello, good morning. Thank you for your attention. In one of the latest WordPress updates, the classic payment system that we can see or edit in “checkout” was changed to a block system. This means that now there are incompatibility problems and the Square and other payment gateways are not recognized, so I do not have a POS to charge customers. I go to the page. I called Square and they told me that it is due to the latest WordPress update and it is happening to thousands. In short, it seems that many POS or payment gateways are not compatible with the block system.

    Our Square plugin is compatible with the Checkout Block and should not stop working if you are using it.

    If Square is the only issue and you want to keep using the Checkout Block, we can help you investigate what is going on, just let us know.

    But if you have other payment gateways that are not compatible with the checkout blocks and want to go back to the shortcode, I’ll share below the steps so you can do this, okay?

    • Go to Pages > Click on the Checkout page to edit it
    • Delete the checkout block
    • Add the shortcode block
    • On the shortcode block, add:
    [woocommerce_checkout]
    • Save the changes

    Now you will have the old checkout on the page.

    Hola @carolm29 , si el problema es solo con square y los bloques del nuevo wordpress, pues conecto otro tpv o pasarela y me funciona, me podras ayudar porque realmente quiero conectar mi web con el tpv de square, siempre lo he tenido con ellos . Indicame todas las opciones que tengas. Gracias
