Blue Buttons as on theme demo

Hi again!

I’d like to have a set of buttons along the bottom of my site like in the theme demo (which currently have “clean design”, “responsive” etc on them.)

Ideally I’d like to have them as pictures which do the “rollover fade” thing that they currently do. Is there a special CSS thing I need to do of have I just missed something really obvious?
