blue circle with a blue line

https://www.amusthave.com.au that is the sit but its more when i am using the WP 3.2.1 to edit a page or post i dont see the pic just the blue circle on the top left..How do i put a screen shot in here..

On the website their is no header pic but you see the blue circle..The pics to the adds on the site show up but when in WP3.2.1. on the page edit i just get no pics but the blue circle..

I think you are not linking to a proper image. The blue circle is the wordpress icon for editing an image.

When I try to look at that image int he browser I get this error:
You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/themes/twentyten/images/headers/path.jpg on this server.

You need to check the permission in that directory.
