Blue strip flashing while page is loading up

  • While page loads up, you can see vertical blues strip below footer. It is of circa 60% width of the screen and 1/3 of it’s height.
    It is exactly of the background color (in Options) so default color is #3b62a7.
    I think it is sidetab border waiting for CSS to be loaded and positioned correctly.

    This is not particularly big problem because you can see it only for short pages and for a short time. On long pages you cannot see footer while loading so problem does not exist.

    In my case I have some short pages so getting rid of this effect would be nice.

    What can I do to fix it?
