So I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled this app 3 times. The stupid blue box sits underneath my scroll bar so I can literally just barely see it all – let alone click on it. It takes a bazillion clicks in that area just to get the blue box to pop out – and then you click on it and it doesn’t work – does nothing. Twice in all of this I’ve gotten the sign up form box to appear but then the submit button doesn’t do anything either. I can’t get help on sumome site because you have to login to get help – well I can’t login cause I can’t get signed up. I event tried their FB page. What kind of app is awesome if there is no actual help resource! My site is https://www.decisive-empowered-resilient.com How do I get signed up if the buttons don’t work?

hadzira – Are you using our plugin or installing it manually? Does your theme use the wp_head() function? Are you running and Ad or Popup Blockers?

I sent another email. that help file is not helpful it makes zero sense to non computer people.
I reinstalled the app again and it does the same thing. the buttons themselves don’t work or pop up the sign up box now.
