Blue Zinfadel theme – need help.

OK. So I’m using the Blue Zinfadel theme that can be found here: https://www.briangardner.com/themes/blue-zinfandel-wordpress-theme.htm

Now the problem is that when you click “Leave a comment”, the new page doesn’t auto-scroll down to where the comment is. I would at least like it to change to “Please scroll down to comment”, however I can’t seem to find where I would edit that?
