Blur Logo after uploading it on web version

After uploading and publishing the logo, its quality is getting reduced however in the preview section, its absolutely looking good. Have tried image pixels of every size 100*30 till 3000*1000 px.
The same logo is looking really great on mobile devices but not on laptops and computer.
Can someone guide me pls.
