• Hi,

I am having issues with the rendering of the website in mobile devices. The header images (in Cover blocks) show blurred on mobile and the horizontal and vertical spacing of text in Paragraphs (inside the Cover blocks) changes producing an unwanted aesthetic effect.

Any ideas on how to fix these issues? I read several articles but it seems none could provide a fix.

I am working on Astra-child theme. Theme and plugins are updated to their latest versions.

    Thank you

Looks good to me – https://share.getcloudapp.com/4guN4Nl0. Have you managed to fix it or is it me missing something?

    Hi Herman,

Thanks for your reply. I would not say the issue is fixed. We managed to go round it following the suggestion of a developer: we added to the page 3 different instances of the same Cover block with different image dimensions on each. Then we added code to the page which selects which of the three is displayed depending on the viewer’s device (desktop, tablet, smartphone).

It works in practice but I do not consider this the proper solution. The back end of the page looks like a mess and there is increased risk of making mistakes when editing.

There should be a simpler way to do this. If you have any advice it is welcome.

    Thank you

Hi @alvagram, sorry for the delay.

I would suggest you to temporarily switch the theme to a default Twenty theme series and see whether the same thing is happening with a default theme.

Also, if possible, please for you to create a “test” page and replicate the issue there. Then share that “test” page URL here, so we can check.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
