Blurry Featured Images. Tried all of the regular solutions

On my homepage, all of my featured images are blurry.

After researching for a few hours, I’ve tried changing my thumbnail size, cropping the images to the correct resolution actually on wordpress, doing the same thing but in photoshop then uploading the new one and trying that, and regenerating thumbnails between all of these. Literally nothing is working.

I use high resolution images so stretching is not an issue.
