blurry fuzzy pictures

I reported this problem earlier. (NOTE: AND THEN MARKED THE ISSUE AS RESOLVED BECAUSE A PROBLEM WAS POINTED OUT TO ME, BUT APPARENTLY IT WASNT THE PROBLEM.)

My pictures look fine in digital editing program, and on desktop. When I upload them, WP shows them as blurry–not crisp and clear.

Earlier somebody gave me a response that WP set my images to medium, so I set them as full size but nothing changed. So I marked the issue as resolved, deleted images, and resized and started again. The picture still looks the same.

Can anybody help?
