    Everywhere else image looks perfectly fine and sharp, but in WP image is blurry and only part of it…
    Image size all html has exact numbers no mistakes and its only in WordPress, same image same code on non-WP site looks fine.

    What’s the problem ?

  • Can you post your site URL?

    Which image? The map? Looks fine to me. To know the difference, revert to Twenty Eleven theme and see.

    Map is google, image in center has text, don’t you see text blurry ? and if you save that image or press View image in firefox you will see no blur.

    Looks OK, but I can tell the difference only if I see it on a different theme.

    Please screenshot it and upload somewhere so I can see yours, here is what I see:
    https://i45.tinypic.com/40v10.png

    And I see that in 4 major browsers.

    The blur is not in the image (screenshot does not include it) about which I mentioned above. The blur is in the post text which I saw earlier. Maybe it will go away when you do the actual posting.

    If not please contact the theme’s developers at https://support.envato.com as we do not have access to commercial themes and hence cannot help with them.

    Thats not the post, all 3 boxes are as one jpeg image.
    You must see them blur as I see them and then mouse right click in Firefox and View Image, you will see this image sharp and clean.
    Do you understand me now ?

    Hi Zoks77,

    For support with a ThemeForest theme, please contact the author of that theme. You can do this from the contact form on the author’s ThemeForest profile page. In the case of the Alyeska theme’s author, that’s here: https://themeforest.net/user/themeblvd

    @krishna: Envato support deal with issues relating to the marketplace itself. Individual themes are supported by their respective authors.

    Good luck! ??

    Then there is some problem with the image itself. See the box Title 1 (rather sharp) and the other boxes (blurred).

    @japh,
    Thanks for the info. But where should I direct the OPs as it is rather difficult for me to locate individual authors’ URLs.

    @krishna, you don’t understand whats going on here or how to check it. You can easily check this by following my steps, “View Image” will show you original image and screenshot I gave shows actual image inside the WordPress.
    If you stil don’t understand, nevermind.

    Will have to figure it out.

    Thanks guys.

    @zoks77,
    If you can understand, re-read:

    But man I just told you see original image with View image or just Save As, original image IS sharp and clean completely, whole image.

    WP shows parts of the image blurred, thats the problem.

    @krishna: It’s actually not difficult at all, most times either the Author URI or Theme URI in the style.css file of the theme will get you where you need to be. This takes less time to find than Googling the name of the theme.
