• I am currently having a problem, where some of the images on my screen are blurry – despite the fact they were not before I uploaded them to the website. Along with this, my background image has also went blurry. I believe this to be some sort of problem to do with compression of files so probably to do with a plugin, if anyone knows anything it would go a long way.

Aswell as this, on the store the products are not lining up and I am struggling to make sure they are the same.
To put it simply, I need all of the images to be clear and for all of the products to then sit on a line accordingly. Anyone know what o do?

  • Was this always happening or just recently?
Are you using an image optimization plugin?

It’s only just been happening recently, when I logged on this morning I had just realised it and then went on to delete the plugins as I thought they may be the things causing the problems. If it may be a plugin problem, what would you recommend?

That’s strange. Usually, that happens if you used an image optimization plugin (which compresses the image)

Did you try opening the site in another computer?

Yes, however the problem is still the same, is there anyway to reverse it and make all of my pictures clear.
