Blurry Images

I’m a hot mess, new word press user who is trying to figure out how to use ipanorama 360 and the pluggin seems to be working fine, except I can’t figure out how to get the 360 sphere pictures to upload without becoming blurry. Help! I’m a new beginner and I am so frustrated and have no idea what to. My image quality is a mess and I”ve tried several things to try and improve the wordpress download to not compress, but I think I’m too dumb to figure it out.
