When creating a new campaign an easy way to show my newest products is to use the product blocks and select a product from my WooCommerce store. The pictures that show up are extremely blurry. I’ve tried increasing my thumbnail sizes in the WooCommerce settings and resyncing – but doesn’t help – I cannot figure out why they are blurry. My photos are uploaded to my wordpress site as 1500 pixels

using wordpress 5.7.5 and mailchimp for WooCommerce 2.5.4

  • I see this also. And it’s been like this for years, making the products block unusable.

Hi @tutman @bernardisantiques, thanks for reaching out. If you’ve already tried other thumbnail sizes could you please attach a couple samples over for further review? If you have the ability to download via link that would be best, if not let me know and we’ll figure out the best way to share.

Hello. I’ve taken some screen shots of the blurry photos, and of my thumbnail list from WordPress. Maybe you can show me which thumbnail the software uses to access the photo and I can adjust it? How can I send you the screen shots? Share them to my dropbox folder?

Hi. It’s fixed. I experimented with the thumbnail settings and re-synced in the plug in.

    Thanks.

Great to hear @bernardisantiques! Let us know if you run into anything else.

@tutman, if you’re still having issues, please try another size in the plugin’s settings and resync.

I just did, and I think it actually solved it his time, thanks!
