@bastianshop and @gguidi we have a setting in the Mailchimp plugin to select the sizing of your photos. Can you please confirm which option you’ve selected? Have you tried changing this to pull the large image?

    hi @ryanhungate

It was set to classic woocommerce thumbnail (300×300).
    I’ve tried change it with 1024 x 1024 or even 2048 x 2048 but issue persists.

Do i need to resync products catalog on mailchimp?

@gguidi hello there, yes you’ll need to resync your products, but what I would do first, is just update a single product or two in your admin – and let the hook push that product over to Mailchimp again. We send product updates to your Mailchimp account as well, so this should be enough to check to make sure your images are being pulled in correctly. Please let us know if that works.

Thank you very much. I couldn’t find that setting. It solved the problem. I just changed the setting and then republished my products, and now it looks great.!

hi @ryanhungate works for me as well after a re-sync.
    Thanks for your help!
I suggest to move that option in overview panel, i didn’t noticed first time

    best ??
