Blurry profile image, but only in list view

    Hello,

there have already been a few posts on this topic, but unfortunately they didn't get me anywhere.

When a user uploads a profile picture, it is displayed correctly in his profile field. In the list view, the display does not fit, as the picture, which is 40x40 pixels in size, is enlarged to 150x150px and thus becomes blurred.

How can I fix this problem?

    Could you please provide a screenshot of the Upload settings?

    Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > General > Uploads.

    yes. I just uploaded a new profile picture for a test account.
    The image is displayed sharp on the profile and account page, but blurry when displayed on the memberlist: https://prntscr.com/10v320n

    Hi @zantafio

    What happens when you change the Image Quality in the UM Upload settings to 100%? Try uploading a new image with the updated image quality and see if the images are still blurred.

    the image used in the members list has just 40x40px:
    /wp-content/uploads/ultimatemember/11/profile_photo-40×40.jpg?1616755310

    …and this image is being displayed scaled up to 140x140px on the members list page, that’s why it is blurried.

    This seems to be the problem, not the graphic render quality…

    I just found out how to fix the problem. I had do choose 190x190px at Ultimate Member > Settings > Design > Size profile image. I had this first set to 40x40px, because I wanted it to be displayed at this size.

    This change doesn’t affect the size of how the pictures are displayed, but now it is displayed clear and sharp even in the member’s list!
