Blurry profile image(s)

The issue has been posted here a few times. And the solution should be in these settings:
1. Go to Ultimate Member > Settings
2. Then under General tab go to Uploads
3. Set the Image Quality to 100
4. Click on Save Changes.

However… I did exactly that, all other settings are default and still i have blurry images.
Where else could the problem be?
