Blurry Thumbnails

The images seem to be very small. Can you please go to your WP dashboard > Modula > General settings > Image size> Custom > image dimensions 400 x 400 px?

I changed the block settings for that gallery to 400 px. The problem persists. Fine in FF and blurry in Chrome.

We took a closer look and from the code it seems that you have the medium image size set. Can you please set it to full and clear cache afterwards?

Let’s start fresh. I already had them at full before I started this ticket. “I followed the fix mentioned in other tickets to set thumbnails to FULL. I then turned off Hummingbird, flushed the page cache in Cloudflare, and flushed both FF and Chrome caches. The blurriness is gone on this page in FF, but Chrome is holding onto the blurry ones. I have researched and researched and cannot figure out why. I have also tried incognito windows to no avail in Chrome. Help?”

Then you told me to set them at 400×400 which I did. Then you told me they were at medium setting. That’s because I followed your request to set them at 400.

Since full and 400 don’t work, what’s next?

The gallery you have on the page has the id : 3843 . By accessing it’s setting with respApi we get the following settings : https://www.donorrecognitionproducts.com/wp-json/wp/v2/modula-gallery/3843 . In modulaSettings – grid_image_size the size is set to medium .

All the images on your site are blurry. You need to set your image size to custom to all of your galleries.

I set this gallery to custom (with no block size). The same problem exists. It is clear in FF and blurry in Chrome. I have cleared my cache and tried incognito windows. Nothing has changed from when I first put in this ticket.

I think I get how this works now. It is very confusing. I am tweaking it. Thanks for your help.
