Blurry Thumbnails

    Hi! I am having an issue with blurry images, as well as an error message that may be the cause. The error message is

    Thumbnail Generation Alert!
    There is a problem generating thumbnails for your galleries. There could be a number of reasons which could cause this problem.
    If thumbnails cannot be generated, then full-sized, uncropped images will be used instead. This will result in slow page load times, and thumbnails that do not look correct.

    I have reviewed the documentation and run a test on the thumbnails. I get the following:

    As for the blurry thumbnails, I have changed the retina to 3x, changed the thumbnail jpeg quality to 150, I tried the shortpixel cdn, changed the masonry layout to fixed width.

    Secondly, on the thumbnail generation alert, looking at the message you shared that was generated after running the thumbnail generation test, it seems like an image editor has not been selected.

    To enable us confirm this and advise appropriately, kindly navigate to FooGallery -> System Info and then copy the site info generated on this page and share it with us here so that we can carry out a quick analysis of that. Thanks.

    Hi! Thanks for your response.

    Yes, I had already seen that article about the blurry images and tried all of those things as indicated in my initial ticket. Any other ideas?
