Blurry wordpress text

  • Hi,

    I’m having a little trouble, because the text on my website is a little more bold and blurry than it should be. While customising it looks fine, but once I publish or view the site everything becomes blurry.
    Also, the wordpress menu at the top of the page is blurry (the actual wordpress menu, not the header menu)
    Any idea what could be causing the problem?

  • I don’t see any over-the-top bold effects on blurryness on your website.

    Are you sure you’re not zoomed in slightly on your browser perhaps?

    Tnx for your reaction. I uploaded an image of the difference: https://postimg.org/image/y8305sp17/

    On the left you see the text as I’m on the dashboard. On the right you see the site when I clicked ‘visit site’. I’ve also checked with another pc, and the slightly bolder text showed up as well. Are you sure you see them like it shows on the left side of the image?

    The problem only arises with Chrome and Safari it seems, Edge shows it just fine. I still don’t know what to do about it though..

    The fonts I use are the ‘standard’ theme (GeneratePress) and Smartslider 3 fonts.

    Any ideas would be appreciated:)
