    As per your rules
    1 – Yes
    2 – Yes
3 – Not applicable as afar as I can tell
    4 – Not practical
    5 – not practical
    6 – not practical
    7 – even less practical
    8 – not relevent
9 – already installed and only some emails are logged. those that are logged are received.
10 – No, on my development site Yes, on my production suite

As explained in my email on this subject I have been working with the author of the plugin for which BNFW should be detecting ‘publish’ or ‘update’ activity as produced by his plugin. BUT bnfw is only detecting SOME of those events.
I use BNFW for ‘publishing’ and ‘updating’ events and it works without problems so i suspect another theme/plugin code to be unlikely (but of course not impossible).
So as an end user of both pieces of software I am not in a position to sort out any coding conflict that might exist (or not) between them.

    Hi @ryoung-1,
    Thanks for your message.

You say that BNFW doesn’t trigger for some post or update events, but not all.
Can you clarify when this might be? Is there a pattern to it or does it seem to do this at random?

All previous testing and its results are detailed in the email i sent to you earlier.

Can you outline them here for the purposes of helping others? Someone may have the same or similar issue and it’s great if it’s publicly searchable.

    Hi
I don’t think i have anything to say at this time that I think is not private and/or confidential and therefore it is inappropriate for me to post in a public way.

    Hi @ryoung-1,
I appreciate that however, I can’t provide direct or special support via email so if you’d like your support issue addressed, i’d need the information posted here publicly. Naturally, you needn’t share any private or confidential information – just the information pertaining to the issue you’re experiencing.

I’ll be as helpful as I can but can only do so using the support channels provided.
    Hope you understand.

    Hi @ryoung-1,
Ok, no problem. I can’t delete the thread but i’ll close it now.

If you’re able to share anything or need help with something else BNFW-related in the future, please feel free to open a new thread.
