    the body text on the customer completed order field does not updated on the preview window and on the sent emails.

    Hi Hannah,
    thank you for your reply.
    Yes I did but with no luck.
    The problem is only with the customer completed order email and the body text previews and send always “We have finished processing your order” no matter what you have wrote on this field.
    The other emails can be customized, updated and send properly.

    Apologies for the delay! Are you using the Advanced Shipping Tracker plugin by chance? Or any other WooCommerce extension plugins that could be conflicting?

    I’m using the advanced shipment tracking for woocommerce by zorem, which is working fine by the way.

    Hi Hannah,
    I just read on another post that the problem comes by the last update of the AST plugin which overrides the “completed order” template of the email designer. I managed to customize and solve the problem temporary, by the AST plugin settings where you have the ability to customize this email template.
