    Dear WPHex,

    We have installed the HexCoupon plugin in our website, however we are unable to configure a BOGO coupon, we believe the plugin has a bug.

    The issue we face is: the dropdown list of the “Customer purchases” field is empty.

    We are really sorry to hear that you are facing troubles configuring the Bogo features. We are working on that and we will update the plugin very soon, hopefully the update will be available this week. After that you will be able to use our plugin seamlessly.

    We have not heard from you in while. You have mentioned some issues while using our plugin and we have solved that.
    We hope you can use our plugin, specially our main feature “BOGO”. With “BOGO” you can extend your coupon functionality as your desire.
