Hello, I’m creating a BOGO, in this case, buy 1 get 1 free of the same product, I followed the documentation here.

The free product is correctly added but the order total is for both products:

I’ve temporarily solved it by using a 100% discount so only one product is paid.

EDIT: The problem seems to be related to the use of multi-currency, the BOGO applies correctly when the main currency is used (USD), but when the client (or geolocalization) switches to the secondary currency (ARS) the BOGO is charging the total for both products.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi @mairag,

    Greetings from WebToffee support.

The issue you are facing might be caused by the non-compatibility of the Smart Coupons with the multi-currency plugin, as you mentioned.

To help us better understand the issue please share the URL of the multi-currency plugin with us. We can look into the matter.

Hello, this is the multi curency plugin documentation (it′s discontinued): https://dev49.net/res/woocommerce-ultimate-multi-currency-suite/documentation/plugin_settings/index.html

Probably should look for an alternative currency plugin then…

    Hi @mairag,

Thank you for sharing the plugin URL. Unfortunately, we are not able to access the plugin from the link you shared, probably due to the plugin being discontinued. You may check with a different multi-currency plugin.

For the time being, we are marking this ticket as resolved. You may create a new thread if you need any further assistance.
