J’aimerais pouvoir modifier la couleur de ma boite contact

For the contact box background colour, try:

.pique-panel4 .overlay {
  background: #000;
}

Replace #000 with your own colour code.

et aussi de ma barre menu.

For the menubar background colour, try:

.pique-panel4 .overlay {
  background: #000000;
}

.main-navigation {
  background: #000000;
  border-bottom: 1px solid #ffffff;
  border-top: 1px solid #ffffff;
}
