    I can help with the form itself, like which fields are displayed, but the appearance or style of the form looks like it was customized. USP provides several built-in styles, and then leaves it up to the user to customize as needed to fit the theme design.

    I only need whoever make a new post to be able to change from whatever they write in Italic or Bold.

    Oh, if you want to enable the Rich Text Editor, then you can enable the setting, “Enable Rich Text Editor” should get you there.
